I’m not a traditional executive coach, and that’s the point.

I’ve held executive roles in global organizations, earned degrees from Harvard and an Ivy League business school, and spent nearly a decade in strategy consulting. But what defines my work now is something deeper: I’ve built a life and career inside systems that weren’t built for me.

A smiling woman with dark wavy hair, wearing a green button-up shirt, sitting at a wooden table with a pen in her hand, in a cozy, well-lit room.

As a queer, neurodivergent woman who built her VP career in STEM, I know what it’s like to feel overlooked, underestimated, or out of place, even while outperforming everyone around you. I also know how powerful it is to grow beyond the mold. To stop shrinking, stop proving, and start leading on your own terms.

Now, I help ambitious women, especially those who are queer, neurodivergent, or working in male-dominated industries like STEM, lead with clarity, confidence, and self-trust. Some are rising into executive presence and visibility. Others are redefining their path entirely. All are ready to grow with purpose.
