I’m not a traditional executive coach—and that’s the point.
I’ve held executive roles in global organizations, earned degrees from Harvard and an Ivy League business school, and spent nearly a decade in strategy consulting. But what defines my work today is something deeper: I’ve built a career—and a life—inside systems that weren’t built for me.
As a queer, neurodivergent woman, I know what it’s like to feel overlooked, underestimated, or out of place—even while outperforming everyone around you. I also know how powerful it is to grow beyond the mold—to stop shrinking, to stop proving, and to start building success on your own terms.
Now, I help ambitious, mid-career women—especially those who are queer or neurodivergent—lead with clarity, confidence, and self-trust. Some are stepping into executive presence and visibility. Others are redefining their entire path. All of them are high-performing and ready to grow with purpose.
