5 Signs You’re Ready to Redefine What Success Looks Like
Success doesn’t always feel like success.
If you've checked all the boxes, climbed the ladder, and still feel off—you're not alone. Many of the women I coach at Eleva Leadership come to me during quiet turning points. They're not in crisis. But they know it's time for a shift.
Here are five signs you may be ready to redefine what success looks like:
You feel disconnected from work that once energized you.
You’re craving more purpose, alignment, or autonomy.
Your body is whispering what your brain is trying to ignore: you’re exhausted.
You’re performing well—but you’re not growing.
You catch yourself thinking: This just isn’t it anymore.
A career pivot doesn't mean starting over. It means starting truer. I should know—I’ve re-started my career and my life to be truer multiple times, helping me to catapult into executive positions in strategy consulting firms and global organizations. I wish I had a coach for myself in those moments to help them come to fruition more quickly and to feel easier. That’s why I started Eleva Leadership—so I could bring coaching to other queer, neurodivergent women like me and help them navigate their shift to a truer future with clarity, intention, and confidence.
