Executive Presence Isn’t About Volume—It’s About Alignment

I think we’ve all heard the advice: “Speak up more.” “Take up space.” “Be more assertive.” I know that I did more than I can count throughout the first decade of my career.

But executive presence isn't one-size-fits-all. And for many women, especially those who are quieter, neurodivergent, or historically underestimated, it’s time for us to rewrite what presence really means and how we can bring a genuine presence to our work that says “executive.”

At Eleva Leadership, we define executive presence as the ability to lead with clarity, confidence, and congruence. That means aligning your message, your mindset, and your leadership style so that people feel your impact, even (and especially) when you’re not the loudest in the room.

Presence is power. And it starts inside of you based on your authentic self and the strengths that you uniquely bring.

If you’re ready to build executive presence that actually fits you, coaching can help you define, refine, and rise on your terms.
